Question Sig X 100 watt setting vs 40 watt setting

I love my recently acquired Sig X head! I noticed, however, that the 40 watt setting is louder than the 100 watt setting at the low levels I can play in my small space. Is that normal?

Mine does the same. 40 / 100 watt is clean headroom. The dB's are going to be about the same. If you turn up the amp distortion and saturation starts earlier on the 40 watt setting. The 40 watt is louder at low dB's on my amp.
The fact that Stephen appears from nowhere, is sentenced to death in an emotional public trial without anyone interfering at all and is then altogether forgotten as if nothing happened, is already suspicious.
