    Would it be possible to run 2 Fatbottom 4x12's and 2 Fatbottoms 2x12's off one UL? (I know, Im getting a little crazy).

    Sure, why not... Just make sure your total impedance isn't too far from what the amp offers.

    How would I figure this out? Would I set the head @ 8 ohms and piggyback cabs @ 16?

    You'll have to change the F212 speakers for some in 8 ohms, and rewire in series, to get a 16 ohms total, same as the FB412. I suggest the VHT P75E, 8 ohms.
    After that, yes, you can run 4 16 ohms cabs in selecting 4 ohms on your head.
